The Works Progress Administration, or WPA, was created in the 1930s as part of FDR's New Deal in conjunction with the Civilian Conservation Corps, or CCC. In conjunction with the CCC constructing buildings, bridges, and trails in America's brand new National Parks system, the WPA released a series of promotional posters to get Americans outside and in to our newly created parks.
