Return Policy
Here at Mount Inspiration, we are dedicated to ensuring our customers receive high-quality products.
You may return most new, unopened and/or unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the return shipping costs (subject to the exceptions listed below). Items must be in their original, unused, unwashed, and unopened condition with any tags still attached and original packaging included.
Mount Inspiration products can always be returned/exchanged at any time during their life cycle if they do not fit or the customer is not satisfied with their quality. If your item is old and you are looking for a replacement due to the wear and tear of the item, you can bring it in to any of our stores or pay to ship it back and receive 25% off of any new garments.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mountinspiration.com and send your item
